about me

Therapy is not about fixing or endlessly analyzing problems; it's about creating conditions for new perspectives to emerge.

By embracing discomfort and exploring your story with curiosity, we can uncover patterns that shape your life and open up new possibilities.

My diverse background in frontline services, hospitality, education, the performing arts, community services and counselling has deepened my appreciation for relationships.

I believe that understanding transforms us more profoundly than judgment. A shift in perspective can change everything.

Still Listening is founded on the belief that meaningful change emerges through strong relationships that foster discovery, co-creation, and self-empowerment.

I'm a strong supporter of the arts community and believe therapy should remain accessible. I work with clients to ensure continuity of care, which sometimes means finding flexible options when finances are a barrier. Please reach out to discuss rates for artist groups, workshops, or individual sessions.

I offer a free 15-minute consult call to briefly discuss what you’re looking for, answer initial questions, and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
